Randall de Sève had a happy childhood, filled with creative play and flights of fancy.

Writing picture books is her attempt to recapture that spirit and pass it on.  So far, the results include New York Times bestseller Toy Boat, The Duchess of Whimsy, Mathilda and the Orange Balloon, Peanut and Fifi Have a Ball, A Fire Truck Named Red and Zola’s Elephant.

Randall spent many fun-filled years teaching young children at Saint Ann's School and Blue School in New York City, where she now lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs: Henry and Frog.
